Delivery
After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order and payment. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us.
We aim to process your delivery within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. However please bear in mind that during busy times or high season this may take slightly longer.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive another email confirming shipment of your Items. Shipping costs and delivery times vary as stated below. Shipping is free within the U.K.
In case you order 9 or more items, your delivery may arrive in 2 separate parcels.
Please note, for international deliveries we cannot be held responsible for customs transit times, or duties incurred at customs checkpoints.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Unfortunately orders from outside the U.K. cannot be exchanged. However you may return your item for a refund and re-order the product you desire.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, odors or stains.
- Name and order number.
- Tell us the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Reasons for return or exchange.
After your refund/exchange has been approved and processed, we will contact you via email to confirm your refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to your original mode of payment for the price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We advise all customers to return their items via tracked and signed post to guarantee your item will reach us safely. We cannot refund or exchange items that we have not received, nor do we refund or exchange items that we receive damaged.
Care and Feeding of Your New Shirt
All of our tee shirts are 100% certified organic cotton, sweatshirts are 85% certified organic cotton, 15% recycled polyester. Both are hand-printed with water-based inks and should be washed at 30° (celsius) with similar colors. After the first wash, prints will reach an even softer feel, and some very slight fading will occur, which is normal. It’s recommended that shirts should be washed and ironed inside out, and it’s best not to iron directly on the front side of the print.
